Why is it that so many people are seeking guard and protection dogs?
I own 3 Pit Bulls, which are terrible guards by nature….but the intimidation fator alone I assume would keep intruders at bay. If I was looking to REALLY protect my property, I’d have an alarm system installed…not purchase a living, breathing, emotionally aware creature to serve that purpose.
Do these people have any clue what a liability a trained protection dog can be. What Shutzhund REALLY is?

I get that the young lady was raped and all, but I’m a bit confused when the young man comes into the picture. Lupe calls him sincere, but later goes on to say, "knew that it was right, ‘cus something was wrong, the alarms in her mind didn’t tell her he didn’t belong, there was no (intruder alert)." Is the guy going to rape her too? Is not really sincere as he let on at the beginning? I was confused because it seems like he was supposed to be a nice guy!

I use the Allvoi voip service for international calling. I have the Broadview alarm system. I bought a T jack from the local hardware store and tested the alarm. The alarm system does not get line seizure if someone is on the phone. How do I get line seizure with my Allvoi voip phone.
If there is no such device that provides line seizure then can someone suggest a cheap alternative coz broadview wants me to pay 5 for a wireless backup and wants to charge /month for monitoring in additon to the per month.
Thanks Joe R. I connected the alarm system directly into the alarm system and tried running a test. I did get line seizure but the alarm system could not successfully complete the test. Do you have any suggestions on what could’ve gone wrong. Do i need any converters between the alarm and telephone adapter to convert the analog tone to digital ?
