My bedroom door is always locked, regardless of whether or not I am in my room. (I have both a normal and deadbolt lock.) I was thinking last night, is that safe? I tend to be a particularly heavy sleeper after a few hours of falling asleep, so I probably would not hear a fire alarm or something of the sort. But then again, if an armed intruder comes in the house, I would be harder to get to.
Just some food for thought. What are your opinions on sleeping with your door locked/unlocked?

Answering if an intruder broke in through my window: Personally my windows have theft locks as well as normal locks that are impossible to get in or break (I’ve tried many times!) They’re special because someone broke in when I first moved in my house.
