Ok, I live in the ghetto. We are a Navy family and we have a newborn here now. I am not concerned with the indoor house of ours. I want to know what is the best or best for my money security system. not for alarms in the house. I want to know where to go to get the best flood lights that stay on at night time.. I have heard of wireless switches to turn them on. I Like this idea a lot.. I also want camera’s that can be recorded to my computer, I have seen wireless camera’s but i’m not sure what they do when their wireless. I would like to have if I can a web page that is mine that alows all the footage to be recorded onto that just incase we are taken by surprise and something happens it can be seen not Destroyed by breaking my in house computer. I would like for my family or I when I leave this state to be able to see whats going on over the net. Any input would help.. I could spend 500-1000k but would prefer a cheaper option.. flood lights deter people; I just need to know which ones are always on and where to by the wireless switch..

but a home system would be best of course.
I don’t need responses of "move out of the area" I love where I’m at and will not let the ghetto deter my family life style. Main reason also I want this is that I LIve in a beach cottage directly behind a gas-station which sucks.. I want everyone and all to be prosecuted for entering my lawn.
I’d rather just deter the bad people away though. Any advise would be helpful

“Ok then, fine” said kouru finally breaking the silence. If you guys wanna do it this way then I have no choice but to follow suit but this won’t be easy, this is after all one of the twelve holy places. There are going to be guards stationed all over the place and they probably put up a protective barrier as well, when we go through it all hell’s gunna break loose.
“So in other words we need a plan, and I’m talking to you oboro,” said nami obviously trying to lighten the mood.
“Shut up, I know what he means,” Said oboro in a hushed voice.
“So,” kouru went on. Well need to be divided into two groups. The first group will break the barrier first and when the alarm sounds the second group will go, that way they won’t know how many intruders there actually are. The first group’s job is to divert attention away from group two while we try to move unnoticed to the residential district. If we are successful in that then we will send a signal to group one, meaning you can destroy the shopping district.
“Ok so who’s in what group?” asked oboro.
“Since there are twelve of us the groups can be divided into two groups of six.” Nami is with me, group two. Also oboro, Alex, svet and wu – yi are with me to. The rest of you are group one. Make sure you all know the plan.
“Alright let’s move,” said oboro with a huge grin on his face. Were gunna be ****** legends! Group one sped down the hill towards the barrier, making hardly any noise at all. Without any of the tourist or shoppers having any notice, there was a huge explosion. A few people who were lucky enough to be standing far enough away, were thrown through the air by the force. Some who were closer lost a limb or two. Others who were directly in the explosion of course died. Almost instantly the alarmed sounded, people who were laughing and shopping seconds before were now crying, screaming and running for their lives. Some of them trampled others as they got in their way.

Group two entered on the far right side, avoiding all of the conflict as the slipped through the barrier.
“Infiltration success!” nami whispered jokingly.

I was listening to a song by Biggie Smalls and he talks about how "theres gonna be a lot of slow singin, and flower bringin, if my burglar alarm starts ringin." So….if he killed the burglars….is that legal?

I have a 2000 HyundaI Elantra that I bought used, it has an aftermarket anti theft system with the red dot on the dash… Every once in a while for unknown reasons the alarm would set off and I would have to flick a switch attached to wires in the fuse box, as i turned the ignition. This would happen not very often, but when it did it would repeat quite a few times usually. Anyway, 2 days ago I trued to start the car and realized anti theft was activitated I atttempted to turn the switch and the switch broke came off of the 2 wires it was attached to. I was able to start the car by rubbing the two wires together a certain way… I went home and found a fuse in the box under the hood for the burglar alarm which seemed to fix the problem until i realized now the radio did not work, nor did the interior lights… Any suggestions on how to disable the anti theft system?

How do i get my car alarm out of valet mode? Please Help!?
I got a new car and noticed a red blinking light under my dash. I felt it, and it felt like i could pinch/push the light/button as if it were a button. So i did…. Now my car alarm wont chirp or beep when bumped into or the handle is tried. When i got my windows tinted someone told me it was in VALET MODE. So i did a little research. And i am not sure what brand my alarm is. I do NOT have the keypad on my key ring. There is no switch. Just this button to my knowledge. The button is on the back of the light. I dont know if this helps, but i have a 4 door 2004 ford focus. It is a very nice alarm. Again im not sure what brand. But it has a nice sensor. If i tap the hood lightly, it will beep once. If i bump it kind of tough, it has a 3 second beep. And if i hit the car hard, it goes off full force. Also, if you try the handles while it is locked it beeps. Im not sure what to do.

I have looked all over my car for this "hidden switch" some users talk about. There is no hidden switch. I also DO NOT have a keypad. The wireless remote. I also tried unhooking the battery to the car for well over 12 hours. After hooking it back up…. nothing.

Also i have tried SEVERAL (over 15) different combinations to the alarm code. For example turning the key to the ON position, then pressing the button, then turning the car off. (then it is supposed to work) None of these worked for me.

Seriously anyone that can give me an answer that will get this to work will get 20 bucks in the mail from me. I am a man of my word.

PLEASE HELP ME!!! -Chris the depressed car owner, who might end up paying 0+ to get it fixed.

REMEMBER: This car alarm is NOT a stock Ford alarm.

in response to the reply below: I want it armed because i have valuable audio in my car. It is really nice as well and i dont want to let something like that goto waste. I disarmed it because i bought the car brand new and saw the button, so i hit it….. putting it in valet mode. If i hit it again…. it does nothing. So no…. it is NOT the switch. please someone help
To the part about arming/disarming it: It was synced with my locks. For example if i hit lock on my stock keyring/keypad it would lock the car and arm, if i hit unlock, it would unlock the car and disarm.

I downloaded systems mechanic 10 to clean up my computer and it keeps telling me I have no firewall
only Norton which is inactive. It recognizes Avira antivirus but not my fire wall.

I have two questions:

First Question: I am in need of adding additional motion sensors to my security system monitored by ADT. The company that installed my alarm is a 3rd party sub contracted company that quoted a whopping 0 per sensor. Now, I can get these same sensors brand new, sealed in the box, and with a guaranteed warranty on Ebay for only per sensor. The subcontracted company said that they would not install any products that was not theirs, so what about ADT? Would their technicians install a product that was not bought from them?

Second question: I do have a 3 year contract with ADT, (didn’t sign any paperwork yet, the installer didn’t have it with him about 1 month ago) but what if I just installed the motion sensors myself? When calling ADT later to inform them that new zones were added, would I have to give my name, installer company or some kind of installer code to them to verify that I am an certified installer?

I know how to install these sensors and I have some alarm experience.
I also have the programming/instillation manual and the installer’s code for my system. My system is all wireless so I know that each motion has to be programmed to a different zone. If I do have to give some kind of over-the-phone proof that I am an installer, I guess I have to go with the ridiculous price of 0 per sensor. Any ideas?
