Wireless motion detector?

I’m looking for a high quality indoor motion detector with an alarm or a DIY system. Not interested in a lot of bells and whistles, just simple and high quality.

radio shack or home depot both sell battery operated motion alarms with ear peircing sound
Screwfix do a DIY system for about £80.00, I put one in my house last year. Go online and have a look.
